While touring houses he would often call out questionable construction or things that would flag an inspector that might not be obvious to most home buyers. We were often able to brainstorm ideas for renovations and rough costs due to his knowledge of materials and construction. We appreciated that he was able to regulate between being the helpful tour guide and stepping back as needed - reading the room well. As it turned out, we found a turnkey house we fell in love with and Nick was instrumental in advising us through the bidding process to secure the contract. * [⌊zillow logo⌉](https://www.zillow.com/profile/SoldByNick) * luftyluft ## Worked With Nick?
